MJ Enterprises RCS treats this section like a contractual agreement between you (Patient) and us (Entity). Information and tracheostomy/laryngectomy services are available to you, and all New York State healthcare laws and clinical practice guidelines are adhered to the utmost extent.

MJ Enterprises Respiratory Care Services will adhere to the:

• Withdrawal and cancellation of services, and make financial transactions.
• Management of customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
• Explanation of your protected health information, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
• Set up of rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
• Disabling of user accounts.
• Documentation/Declaration of terms or conditions that protect you.
